||The structure of our Company enables us to ensure a most efficient distribution of responsibility and authority of different departments coordinating separate trends within the scope of the Company’s activities. VoIPShop started its activities on the service market of Telecommunications Industry in 1998. Originally our Company provided the end users with telecom services. Alongside with retail operations VoIPShop began making its first steps on the wholesale market in the late 90’s. By 2001 this trend had grown into a separate line of activities that rapidly transferred into the main one.
||The experience we had gained while working with the end users helped us to develop and create our own monitoring system, which along with the round the-clock technical support expanded into a cons- tantly updated and upgraded monitoring toolkit.
